I love staying with Hilton but was not impressed with everything wrong at your hotel. First the gym was out of order and then the elevators were broken. In the room there was no hand soap which is really big when traveling with kids.

Lovely hotel close to shopping & dining. Breakfast area was clean and calm area. Staff friendly and accommodating.
Areas on concern: The room was a tad beat up, couch torn in several places and sections of the walls looked dirty

Safe area right across from another hotel and down the street from a cvs. Place was clean and welcoming. Staff was extremely polite and wonderful to have our room ready for our family of 6. The rooms were extremely roomy! Nice kitchen/living room and bedrooms were very nice. The beds were comfortable but the only thing was the pull out couch was not comfy at all. Very thin but overall stay was nice!

We did not know what happened. The homewood hotel unfotunately Staff namedid not find our reservation I made with Affirm so we had to make a new reservation.
