Very very bad service . Ordered a 2 queen bed and they changed it to a 1 bed for me. I asked for a 2 bed and front desk was being really rude and told me my room comes with a sofa bed I told him I paid for 2 queen beds . Well he said he has none and blamed it on Expedia then asked me if preferred he change me to a one be room without a sofa bed. Was a joke. So rude. No service at all.

Really nice clean place to stay at a good price. We chose this place because of the enclosed pool and the baby crib amenities, not sure what happened but when we checked in and asked for a crib we were told they don’t have any available.
The beds are really high and not safe for a baby who is mobile and crawling to sleep on. It’s hard to travel with little ones especially when the hotel lists items available for guests and doesn’t actually have them upon checking in.
Overall it is a nice place to stay. Close to sequoia and central.
