My second time staying here and the staff is amazing. Central to everything. We ended up booking another night. I dont remember the young ladys name but hey supervisor Raymond!!! Lol thats our insider. Ill be back again. So long NOLA

We paid for an executive suite but they’ve closed the lounge (staff were using it to watch tv) and instead gave us vouchers to their restaurant and bar. We like the ambience of a quiet lounge but the bar vouchers were only good at Da Booze - which had a more Bourbon St vibe. Housekeeping also didn’t make up our room and then didn’t knock when they showed up at 4:30pm the next day. This hotel has potential but missed the mark on all the little luxuries we thought we paid for. No robes in the room, no room service and no laundry service. The rooms were clean and quiet though.

Loved this hotel! It was perfect. The pool and courtyard are lovely and offered nice escapes from the wildness of Bourbon street.
The staff are friendly and the hotel is lovely. We slept well and didn’t hear any of the outside late-night partying.
