Small convenient items for sale like bottled water, chip, snacks etc absolutely over priced.

I stayed for 3 nights. The experience was good. The coffee maker was not working. But coffee was available in the lobby so did not make a difference. For some reason, the breakfast on the 3rd day was not as good. But the front desk people Ms.Ricknie and Michelle the older women were very nice, helpful, and friendly. At the valet Mr. Darnen was, really nice. Would definitely stay there again and recommend this property

We were told check in was at 4 pm. Arrived to check in at 330 I was told we were early but the room should be ready soon. Obviously we were early so I waited until about 10 after 4. Went up to ask if the room would be ready soon. I was told they are currently working on it. I sat back down and my husband and kids came in. At 430 I went back up they told me they were still cleaning the room. I asked to clarify that check in was at 4 pm. It took my mother in law going up at 455 to tell them we wanted a refund before our room was finally “ready”. This entire time we had a baby screaming in the lobby which multiple people complained about as well. When we finally got to the room the hallway was covered in bags of trash which were still there the next morning. I would never stay here again and certainly never recommend it.

Hotel puts forth quiet time hours beginning at 10:00 PM for the comfort of their guests. This was not enforced. Guests returning after 1:00 AM were noisily talking, laughing in the hallways disturbing peace & sleep of some guests.

Upon arriving checkin was good. But far as the up keeping of the rooms being cleaned HORRIBLE. Arrived on Saturday and checked out on a Wednesday and only 1 day of cleaning and I was told they don’t do housecleaning every day. If I would’ve known that I would’ve stayed somewhere else.And I received fresh towels on Tuesday.

Disappointed! Room was unclean. Asked for ice bucket and was told it was on its way. The next day came and I went to front desk and requested again and when he called on walkie she yelled “ain’t no more”. I begin to iron outfit for dinner party, iron was damaged and discolored clothes. I requested an iron and they brought an ironing board. Room service should have been every other day. Room was half cleaned at check in. We did not see until she knocked on door before check out and asked what time y’all leaving. I’ve been waiting on my deposit for days! I’m livid and unhappy!
