The desk check in person was really unfriendly, unpleasant and unprofessional.

We spent one night after a long weekend. It was a wonderful respite before a long drive home.

We had a lovely stay at Holiday Inn Express Fremont. The staff was kind and helpful and the hotel was clean.

Excellent hotel. The lobby/breakfast was welcoming, with free fresh baked cookies. The room was clean and well appointed. The beds were SO comfortable - wish we could buy the exact model! The free breakfast was great, with ample choices, and they even had bags for grab and go. The best was Bernadette - a lovely woman keeping track of the breakfast and occasionally the desk. We had a nice chat with her. Recommend absolutely.
