Due to german teain strike i wasunable to get to the hotel and they refused refund

Very good service, welcoming and helpful. Great breakfast and easy parking. Hotel is on a quiet street.

Posted 29 Sep 2023 on HotelsReally nice hotel. Great location next to train station and buses, easy walking distance to city centre. Staff were lovely and allowed me to work from the lounge the following day aftee I checked out with no fuss.
Breakfast is served but as far as I could tell, not lunch or dinner. I don't think there is room service either. But there are restaurants and takeaways close by.

Fantastic hotel, great value for money. Very clean and well equipped. A 10 minute walk to the old town. Particularly friendly and helpful staff.

The Alex was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly and responsive. Walkable to Munsteplatz and restaurants. Everything was as described on website. We had an enjoyable stay.
