For the price that I paid - I expected a much nicer hotel. The hotel has an excellent view of the Caribbean sea, however it is in a very desolate area. it also has easy access to the beaches. When the cruise ships aren't in - there aren't too many businesses open for business. It is good for walking to places, during the day, but not sure how safe it is at night. I saw a lot of homeless people around. The area has yet to recover after the 2017 hurricanes. One day we didn't have hot water for our showers. Not sure that there are too many better hotels in this area. But we were disappointed. The staff overall was very friendly and helpful - but the area has some issues.

The staff was very nice and sweet accommodating!! One of the best parts was sitting on the balcony right in front of the ocean!

Staff was great and the hotel itself was nice. Outside seemed a lil unsafe with the people that hung around!

Our cancelled flight caused out to seek out last minute lodging on St. Croix. We were able to book a last minute room at the Frederiksted Hotel for the night. Checked in and within minutes had our room and were off to dinner down the street. Great location for access to all Frederiksted has to offer including the pier, shopping and dining.

Fantastic staff, clean comfortable bed, balcony overlooking water. Breakfast downstairs was excellent. Love to return!
