Reserved a king bed for an overnight stay on a trip, ended up with 2 full beds. Tried calling front desk, no answer. Went to front desk, no one to be found. We were too tired to argue anyway so we slept in separate beds. I love Hilton, but I won’t stay at this location again

The staff at this facility was amazing very friendly who could be heated because I don’t like cold water room was clean plenty of room around you. I would write this a 10 out of 10.

Room reminded me of a bad mashup between a dorm and a cellblock and smelled like the AC hadn’t been turned on in a month of Sundays. Oh, and the dude next door had THREE full grown German Shepherds in there with him. Yeah, good times.

This hotel is close to Central Park, so there is plenty of food and entertainment. Room was clean and neat, and there was minimal to no outside noise.
