Some issues were not attended properly because at the time of our stay, it seems they were some staff concerns but the hotel is very good.

They said they overbooked my double queen suite and gave me 2 rooms instead it felt like I was on a separate vacation than the rest of the family. This should never happen. Didn’t feel like a Hilton Honor hotel!

The bed mattress was good.The hotel room cleaness need to improve a little specially the bathroom but overall was good. I Recommend the hotel to stay.The room was big and quiet.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and have always been quite satisfied. However, this time was a disappointment. Room 114 is a dud! Air conditioner had leaked water onto the floor, tv remote wasn't working, the ceiling fan made just enough noise to keep me awake, there was an iron, but no ironing board, bed was uncomfortable and there was no shampoo or conditioner in the wall mounted dispensers. I am all for reducing use of plastics, but if you are going to take away the individual sized shampoo and conditioner bottles, please fully-commit to refilling the dispensers inside the shower! Guests don't know they're empty until it's too late to do anything about it!

Rooms were not well cleaned. WiFi was unstable and continuously disconnect - didn’t matter what type of device or where. Staff did not live up the standard I’ve come to expect from Homewood - not helpful. I stay at Homewood frequently and this is the lowest ranking I’ve seen. Disappointing
