I usually dont leave bad reviews but this place is so unacceptable. Let’s start with the room; first of all the room is dampened and stinky. Mostly because of the small size and no ceiling-fan in bathroom which results in steam on all windows and surfaces. Even with all windows open the room becomes incredibly humid. After a whole day out to come back to a damp room is not ideal. The room and space is very dated and very stinky (likely the damp situation). The bathroom toilet is stinky and the toilet bowl was left with streak mark from previous user. Bed linen was stinky and worse of all there were 4 spiders. I woke up with 3 spiders bites. There isn’t really a front desk but we were greated in an unprofessional way. The hosts also seem to be the cooks in the kitchen and were busy with food prep, with just enough time to toss us a key. Giving us the “go figure it out yourself” vibe. Not only dont they provide you with any information when you finally ask for the wifi password it only works in the main entrance of the eating area/building which is not close to your room. This means you’ll need to leave the room, go to the next building next door which isnt far but very inconvenient. I dont like standing outside in the pouring rain after I’ve already showered just to have wifi access. Not even a basic hair dryer. Absolutely the worst experience you can get. I really wish the hotel manager would advertise the truth instead of mislead guests to book their hotel.

Hi Enda, Thank you for the review. Let's start from the end. You came 5 hours before check in, and thought that the room would be available (literally at check out time) and were not pleased when we told you it wouldn't be ready until check in time. Its true that our building is of older date. But every of our bathrooms has ceiling-fans placed just above the shower. If you would have let us known that you were not satisfied about your room, maybe we could have figured out something else. Especially about the wifi, that we could have fixed very quickly. Regard the amenities in the room, we are sorry if you haven't read our profile and actually seen that we are not a hotel, but only a guesthouse.

No WiFi or very low signal in the room. Although there is a smart tv it's not working due to no internet.
