Location is great, just a short tram ride to the city. However the service is mediocre

Very nice and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Great breakfast. Many dining otions around. Aeea easy to navigate with tram, metro and train.

Okay but Needs improvement!
Posted 11 Nov 2023 on HotelsA pleasant enough stay but needs improvement. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was excellent. Thermostat in room although set at 22 degrees failed to warm up the room. The only warn part of the room was in the bathroom which had an separate electric radiator.
Carpet was dirty with odd black burn? / paint? marks.
Hotel offers a free drink if guests choose not to have their room cleaned. Nice idea BUT be aware, when you get to the bar you’ll be told very few drinks included in the offer.
Staff completely absent at time of check out. See photo of abandoned reception. As I needed to catch a train, this unnecessarily check out delay was stressful!
Probably better Hotel choices in the area for the price.

A really good hotel, very modern and swish. Easy tam back to the Old Town.
