Always a great experience at this hotel. People, food (especially the breakfast!!), all of it excellent. Not my first visit, and won’t be the last.

Wonderful classic hotel in a beautiful building. The service was excellent, and a convenient location. We will definitely choose this hotel for a future stay. There was one slight problem with our room: the room temperature was too hot, it did not cool down enough even with the A/C however this could be a factor in other older European hotels.

Food choice is limited and order taking was bad. Housekeeping was awful and some of the staff are not friendly at all. There is no value in this property

Best hotel ever! All the staff are so friendly and well-trained in customer service. A big thanks to Mr. Mueller and his concierge/valet/doorman team.
