The property & customer service was above expectation! The only problem I faced was being double charged at checkout. Although, I paid my reservation in full through Expedia, I was asked to give a card as a guarantee, & it was charged the hotel’s nightly rate in addition to the guarantee amount.

Been staying at nhow Frankfurt 5 days for business trip. The location is safe and close to skyline plaza. All staffs are professional and friendly. I will definitely revisit next time.

Other than this hotel being pricey for one night, overall the hotel was good. I didn't really use the facilities as I would like, and the bar isn't open most of the time, but it was good.

Wry good location on one of the tallest building. It has the highest rooftop bar in Germany.
