Location was good. All the places were in walking distance. Breakfast was amazing.

Staff was excellent. Rooms feel new and fresh. Excellent decor. Nicely appointed bathrooms. Quiet hotel, maybe too quiet for some, but location is excellent.

Beautiful in Every Way

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. From the moment walking in to the moment leaving, the staff was extremely hospitable and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Even the smell when you walk into the lobby was luxurious. I look forward to returning each time I visit Frankfurt.

If I could give a 6th star for our experience at this hotel, I would! The staff went above & beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. They were very nice & helpful. Additionally, the hotel was very clean & in an excellent location on an 8-minute walk from the Frankfurt HBF & a 10-minute walk to the okd town square.

The hotel was great! It was walkable to many parts of the city. Easy walk to the train station in one direction, or the river and events in the other. Everyone was friendly and inviting and helpful. We had a great stay.

Shortage of items at breakfast. Added charge for coffee to my bill AFTER checkout and after agreement NOT to charge. Very dark corridors etc. Staff generally apathetic. Great location, great looking building.

Nice rooms and very comfy beds. Great buffet breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Only complaint was the bar was closed one evening for a private function. Always annoying when you have picked hotels for the amenities offered and then they are not available.

Staff at reception are very friendly and accommodating. Room cleaning services come too early for our preferences and knock on door despite a ‘do not disturb’ notice on door. Room services failed to clean our room or change towels, despite us following their procedure of informing reception we had vacated the room for the day. Breakfast is until 11am on weekends and there is a menu of options to choose from the kitchen but we were told at 10:45 that the kitchen was already closed and we could not have the order we requested, despite being told by another member of staff that the kitchen was open till 11am on weekends. On second day room was cleaned just after we left as again we followed the hotel procedure but it was annoying that we had to check twice it would get done. It’s not the sort of service one expects or needs to check of such a hotel. On the checkout morning again (3 days in a row now) we got a knock on the door from room services!! We informed them we were checking out and could clean the room after we left! When at the reception checking out we were asked to pay €120 for breakfasts taken, which was embarrassing as we had breakfast included and paid for in our bookings. So overall definitely not a 5* service for such a lovely hotel. I can also add that bed linens were not changed at all during our stay nor were they checked if they were or were not clean. Uber taxis cannot find the hotel at all, but that’s not the fault of the hotel so do not use Uber there.
