The reason why I have rated this hotel as "terrible" is because when I arrived at 3:30 A.M in the morning, the bed was not made and I could not sleep until I told the staff. The staff was extremely unpolite and told me it was not his duty and the other staff have to do the bedding. Then, I had to wait until 4:10 A.M for the bedding and I could not sleep for a whole 40 minutes after I was still extremely sluggish. Another thing I would like to add is that the A.C did not work and I was sweating all night. Unable to sleep comfortably.

Typical Hilton hotel but it’s a new hotel. Great breakfast. Beds are firm but got a good night sleep.

I liked the stay it was very nice and clean, breakfast was fresh and very good with many options. Staff was pretty pleasant. One complaint is the room didn’t have a fridge, Complimentary drinks. It had a hot water boiler to drink coffee or tea but that was it.

I like the staff's hospitality, was able to ask for locations and recommendations. My room was not ready upon arrival 1 hour after check in time began
