Like : It is very close to airport, clean, Do not like : Small rooms, poor light in the room . No toiletries, no closet. No proper desk

Friendly staff, super quirky and cozy rooms. Great view of Frankfurt skyline. Would recommend.

Convenient for airport

Convenient for airport as 5 mins away by taxi. Cleanliness great. Restaurant and cafe were good.

My jewellery were stolen from my room

All my earrings were stolen from my room on the last day of my stay. There was only one person at reception at night and no senior management were reachable. The reception person said no record showing my room was cleaned but there were new towels and new water in the room! He also said only senior management has access to see the CCTV footage. I had the police to come but they couldn’t help further without the footage. It’s very upsetting because all these earrings have sentimental value to me. It doesn’t feel safe to stay in this hotel knowing someone has the key and can come into the room to go through your things. Very scaring and disappointing. Update: 3 weeks on, I am still waiting for the hotel to tell me what they have found on CCTV. I’ve filled in a comprehensive form with the police but nothing has happened.

The loss of your earrings continues to weigh heavily on us, and we hope for a quick resolution - for now, we would like to exclude theft as a possibility.Please know that your safety and well-being are of utmost importance to us. We take your feedback seriously and are working closely with local authorities to bring about a resolution. Unfortunately, we do not have the power to expedite the process. Please refer to my email from last week regarding this matter.We understand your frustration with the delay. We assure you that we are doing everything possible. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with any further information of CCVT and door access logs - all relevant documents have been handed over to the police. Please contact the authorities directly for the current status of the investigation.Once again, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you that we are giving this matter the highest priority.
