It satisfied our need for lodging and a quick breakfast. Not very fancy but it was clean.

We stayed here for one night with our little one. The check in was easy, Boom was super friendly. The property needs a little uplift, but honestly it was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The propety offers breakfast which included pastries, cereal, bagels , toast, juice and coffee/tea. It was more than enough for all of us to leave with a full belly. I mentioned to my husband that if we ever came back to the area for a longer trip this would be the property we would stay at again. I whole heartedly recommend it. Thank you for your gracious hospitality.

The exterior lights were too bright and kept me up all night. They have good curtains but they do not cover the entire window. The room was extremely clean. The breakfast was as expected for a continental breakfast at a hotel/motel. The room is small but adequate though there are a lack of outlets. I had to charge my iPad on the sink (small). Overall it served my purpose.

The staff were friendly. The area is beautiful! Loved the brook in the back and low traffic area . Perfect for the peace and quiet we needed to get away.

A great, affordable hotel in Franconia. An easy drive to Littleton or Bethlehem, and/or to places further north. Sweet staff, free breakfast, and spacious rooms.

They are under new management. We fo uh and the new owners to be exceptional. They went out of their way to accommodate us.
