I like that there was a pool. I also liked that the window in our room opens. The breakfast was okay but I was actually expecting less than what was available so it was better than expected.
What I didn't like was that we ran out of TP as the roll wasn't new when we got there so I had to ask the front desk for some. There was lots of mold in the caulking along the tub on the floor. The tub curtain was broken and moved so that the curtain wouldn't close all the way. The toilet seat was very loose. There was a really bad smell which I later located to a wet spot on the floor by the night stand. The paint was peeling off the wall near the ceiling. There wasn't enough electrical outlets in the room. The heat/ AC unit was very loud. The hotel was doing renovations to the north wing of the building which didn't bother me but it make it more difficult to get the luggage cart to the elevator.

Very friendly staff, clean hotel with nice amenities for this price point. I look for "clean" and "safe" in my hotels. If you are looking for luxury you might be disappointed. If you are looking for a clean, quiet place to stay with helpful, friendly staff while enjoying the nearby white mountains you will be pleased. Free breakfast was plentiful and the expected fare of powdered eggs, toast, muffins, waffles, cereals, yogurt, and fruit.

Our room was clean and quiet. We loved having both a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The breakfast options were great. We would stay there again.
