Lost in translation
Posted 17 Jul 2023 on HotelsThe main attraction was the outdoor pool and on arrival found out the pool would be closed the following day so very disappointed and the Chinese to English translation had the wrong dates so confusing. After establishing the pool Wouk be closed the hotel did offer a room upgrade which was appreciated. Very nice stay. Staff corrected the translation.

Rooms were very outdated. Booked a club room and it was no better than a standard room. Was on a non-smoking floor but rooms and corridors still smelt like stale smoke. Air-con is in the rooms but doesn't seem to change the temperature, we found the entire hotel to be extremely hot. Lots of the cardio machines in the gym were out of use during our visit and the gym was unbearably hot (even at 5am).

Relaxing stay
