Service and Staff are very helpful when asking for support. I will recommend to change towels, they seemed very old, so this will enhance the quality services.

Posted 9 Nov 2018 on HotelsThis is a wonderful place to stop over on a longer journey. It's our second visit. The gardens are amazing, beds comfy, rooms clean and pleasing, staff more than helpful. We would love to stay longer one day.

Location: Excellent location. In walking distance to beatiful town square.
We loved our stay here. Very quite, peaceful surroundings of exotic plants and flowers. The breakfast was outstanding, with homemade jam, eggs any style, fresh-squeezed orange juice and homemade yogurt. All of the staff were extremely nice and friendly.

The good, the bad...
Posted 31 Jan 2016The good: the setting (gorgeous gardens); the breakfast (from a menu not the dreaded buffet): our table looked at Pico de Orizaba through enormous cacti.
The bad: we had to hire a taxi to lead us there. We needed a fire. No one on site to help us build one. A cold night.
