Horrible Hotel

This was a horrible hotel. While I was showering I saw a cockroach and once I was out of the shower I saw baby cockroaches crawling up on the walls. We checked out immediately, but since I booked through Hotels.com and they were unable to reach the hotel manager; therefore, lost my refund. They did not check me out when I left the hotel, so I was also unable to even get a partial refund. I went back to the hotel and the reception provided me with the managers WhatsApp. I messaged him and there has been no response. This hotel is a scam, they know about the infestation, but continue to take reservations online and then they get to keep people’s money as they do not respond to Hotels.com.

The hotel definitely needs a refurbishment, the room was very small, some lights were not functional, wi-fi was very intermittent. There are far much better hotels at the same cost in the area.

Hotel não condiz com as fotos que publicam. Local feio, precisa de uma reforma. As paredes ao lado estão todas com infiltração, as paredes sujas, roupas de camas encardidas. Banheiros pequenos e fedidos, móveis desgastados, Janelas que não fecham… enfim, arrependimento total de ter me hospedado lá.

Boa localização, com exceção do quarto o hotel é muito bonito e bem estruturado. Café da manhã maravilhoso, funcionários simpáticos. Porém, tv quebrava, chuveiro velho, roupas de cama velhas e manchadas; as toalhas de banho pareciam novas. Poderia voltar se o valor ficar melhor do que paguei.
