Unfortunately, it was a last-minute booking because American Airlines canceled all flights. Hotels at DFW were booked, and at the last minute, I found this hotel. The hotel is good, with great service and friendly staff. The only thing I wish they offered was complimentary toiletries and water, as our luggage was sent out to its final destination.

I appreciate that it was easy to check into my room, especially later in the evening when my flight was canceled.

Waited almost 2 hours for the shuttle to not show up. Saw multiple shuttles for the other marriots come and go. Called multiple times and was told to wait just a few more minutes. Ended up getting a ride because it was almost midnight. Told the front desk that the shuttle never came and they just said "Oh" and moved on. Got to the elevator and the doors got stuck on the 3rd floor and only opened 1/3 of the way. The bed was musty but we had to leave at 430 AM to go back to the airport so we checked out and left.

The shuttle was a nice amenity. Friendly staff and comfy beds!
