We arrived with a reservation and were told that Expedia was overbooking rooms there, so we didn't have a room. Once we told the man at the front desk that we were going to rip up our Hilton Honors card he was able to find us a room. Justin (?) at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was terrible every morning. Very little food and it was not being refilled. Teabags were even hard to get. Eggs were partly frozen in the center. The area you ate at was not clean. Although the room was clean it needed several things repaired such as loose screws in the cabinet in front of the refrigerator and the extra lock on the door. I have stayed at this hotel for many years. The last time I stayed I thought it would be the last, but decided to give it another chance. I will not stay there again.

The staff is WONDERFUL AND WILLING TO HELP THE TWO GIRLS AT THR FRINT DESK WERE GREAT. I HAD NO LIGHT BULBS AND NO SHAMPOO. THE LIGHT BULBS WERE REPLACED BUT THE SHAMPOO WAS JUST PLACED IN SINK AND NOT IN SHOWER HOLDER.

Toilet was short, made for a midget. Room phone did not work.

The seating area in the lobby where you eat was filthy. All the chairs had nasty mystery stains. This hotel is outdated and the pool was dirty.

The AC unit was a bit louder then i woul prefer. Very convenient while driving on 35N

It is not right inside the city but out a little ways and that makes for a nice place to stay as well.
