Great property. Perfect location, convenient to everything I wanted to do in the Dallas area. I was a little surprised that this doubletree was a rebraded hotel from another brand. I always like doubletree and hilton hotels. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is looking to reasonable, convenient hotels in the DFW area. Keep up the great work guys!!!!!!

We stayed here because it was close to some relatives we were visiting. It was a nice hotel as Double Tree’s typically are.

The customer service was so poor. I reserved breakfast with my booking. They kept asking us to pay for breakfast. 3 waitresses came asked us and they gave us a bill for breakfast which we already paid for. They don’t even know who reserved for breakfast. It was frustrating you had to repeat yourself every time.

Door handle didn’t lock didn’t feel safe, restroom didn’t look clean. Part of the shower wasn’t put back together after cleaning I’m assuming.

We decided it was unsafe for our family to stay at this facility and left the same day we checked in. People running through the hall ways. People smoking in the elevator. Loud music going on. I would definitely not come back.
