Great location and excellent service. Clean hotel and room. Acceptance of our doggie at a reasonable price. Thank you.

Mattress was very uncomfortable. AC struggled to cool the room. Key stopped working after the first night. Very low water pressure. TV had very limited variety of programming. Friendliness of staff was hit-or-miss. I understand where in the market this hotel fits. Despite being the pricier hotel in the area, many of its direct competitors provide vastly superior service in these areas. Best Westerns are apparently independently owned and operated. However, I will not be staying with a Best Western again with more consistent options available.
