Hotel breakfast was great but the smell of fuel was so strong!! Hard to breathe at times with horrible gas smell.

The staff and service were exceptional. Breakfast buffet was outstanding too! We also had dinner there one night. Impeccable service and the food was very good. Try the Apple Tea - it was so soothing and delicious!

Really enjoyable stay, parking was a bit tight but fine for us for 2 nights. Staff are fantastic, I haven’t had such a pleasant, helpful, and accommodating staff in ages. The dinner and breakfast were both good with dinner being very good. Walls are a bit thin but that is likely the age of the property issue.

Checked me in a few hours early without hesitation. Gracious staff. Everything is within walking distance. Good refresh after walking the WHW.

Nice clean hotel, great staff, well appointed rooms, hotel is tired though, needs updating by staff are doing their best with what they have

Indifferent service. I arrived at 10pm after a long journey and was very tired but had to wait 10 minutes before somebody was available to check me in No central heating in very cold bedroom ( no 9) and no hot water . Tacky little room carved out of a bigger one. Entire hotel has seen better times . Aspired to Exotic Marigold Hotel but failed
