This is a perfect apartment for a small group to visit Fort William. It has a parking spot if you are driving yourself. It put us in driving range ti visit the Isle of Skye. Takes a whole day to do but worth it if you get over that way

A well equipped, large 2 bedroom apartment. Ample parking. Easy to find. Central Fort William is not on the doorstep, but still walkable. Good internet. Only one downside, and the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is the beds. I don't know how old the mattresses are, but they are kind of lumpy and I left a body shaped dent in mine when I got up (and I'm not a large person) - they need replacing. The double bed is also rather short - I am 5' 9" and my feet kept touching the base board - someone 6 feet tall or more might find it quite uncomfortable. A pity such an excellent place is spoiled by something so easily fixed.

I always appreciate guests who are happy to tell me what was good and slightly less than perfect following their stay. Obviously, I do strive for the highest of standards for my guests and the quality of a guests sleep does play a large part in that. Whilst the firmness of a mattress can be a subjective, the quality overall does make a major difference so I shall ask my splendid housekeeper Tracy to look at all of the mattresses and check their quality. Replacing them as required will most certainly be done thereafter and I greatly appreciate you letting me know of your personal experience during your stay.That aside, I very much hope that all was well and that you had a great time during your visit to the Highlands as a whole, including your stay with me in Fort William.Many thanks Colin and all best wishes,Neil

Great base for exploring this area of Scotland. We had a fabulous holiday, and we were extra happy that we could bring our dogs.
