Fantastic staff!
Posted 6 Jan 2024 on HotelsThe staff at this hotel were nothing more than Saviours for us. They helped us with many first world problems with a smile. By the end of our stay we even knew the names of the staff who are incredibly friendly. Thank you so much for making our trip wonderful, especially Josh!

Nice friendly staff with a lovely warm room
Pity the tap in the bathroom was loose and some of the wall tiles were cracked or missing
The water in the swimming pool was baltic cold and no fun to be in even the so called hot tub was very icey cold
Didn't spend much time in the leisure centre mores the pity
