Property was old but well maintained, some outside upgrades on the go but no distractions.

Food excellent excellent location for train and bus services Wi-Fi’s poor Smart Tv did not work but reduction in cost was acceptable from very polite staff. Meals were tremendous and one of the best breakfasts I have ever tasted bedroom was clean and tidy Will be bb be

Whilst it has some minor upgrade/ maintainance work in progress it didnt impact on our stay. The continuous flashing light in the hall outside our room overnight was annoying though! Either dicky electrics or haunted ! ( cant vouch for either being the case!) Fabulous accomodating staff, rooms were clean and well presented , more outdated than some places but quirky charm . Just off the town green parade area, well appointed next to train station and short walk from ferry landing ( well worth a short trip across the loch . Good selection of shops and eateries nearby.wouls return and reccomend

Old building, charming, but way too expensive for what we got. Walls are thin, you can hear your neighbors voices no problem. Floors are squeeky and creaky so you hear your above neighbors walking around.
Our room has peeling wallpaper and some small stains on the decorative bedding.
The beds were awful. I've never been so stiff after a night at a hotel.
Staff was really warm and friendly.
