I haven’t been refunded the deposit they charged at check-in…3 weeks later, this is a fraud.

Thank you for your feedback. As per our conversation on the phone, the deposit you're referring to was a credit card authorization. When you checked out of the hotel, only the 4.50 you spent was charged to your card. The remaining funds were released upon check out. Thank you again for staying at Spark!

breakfast was very light.
cereal and milk would be a great addition.
bread to make toast not just bagel.

This is an old hotel that has been updated. It is a very basic level hotel. No coffee machines or microwaves in the rooms.
