The issues that you've brought to my attention regarding bugs and a loud refrigerator and bathroom fan are unsettling to hear as we work with a Pest Control company who regularly treats the property for pests as is standard in the industry. This is not the standard that Red Roof upholds for our hotel. Your concerns will be escalated in order to have them addressed. Not a five star by any means but a great value proposition for the money. Usually hotels in the range can be really dicey. This was a nice upside surprise and we felt very good about our stay there.

Bedspread dirty, hot water kept disappearing, mngt allowed someone in next rm to repeatedly go in & out of rm all nite & slam doors & scream foul language into repeat phone calls.
