Stayed here for the pool specifially. Pool ended up being closed all weekend we were there and my children didnt get to enjoy

General Manager had a terrible demeanor right from check in. I requested to move rooms because there was an issue with blinds/lighting and she would not help me or compensate me for the inconvenience because I booked through Expedia. I repeatedly asked for help and was repeatedly told flat out no. This was an expensive and uncomfortable stay and instead of help, she repeatedly hung up on me. I was a paying guest and was treated like less than because of the manner (Expedia) in which I booked my stay.
