Very nice! I found the gentleman that checked me in at the front desk to be very kind and professional! The room was clean quiet and spacious.

This location was absolutely horrible. We paid and reserved a room online and also called a head to make sure we were good and they said yes your room is ready. when we arrived, they had given our room away, said management changed it to first come first serve basis. Not only did they do that to my family, they did it to six other families. We were traveling out of town for a cheer competition so finding a hotel was nearly impossible. We had to drive 30 more minutes out-of-the-way to find a place to stay. Not happy and definitely will never book there ever again.

It sounded like there was a party in the hallway for hours! People, talking loudly and running through the hall. Doors were continually slamming shut. This went on till at least 11pm. Loud, talking end door, slamming began again at 7am. I called down to the front desk to let them know how noisy it was. Jaylyn told me he would come right up and talk to the people. I did hear him come up and tell everyone they needed to go to bed. Unfortunately that did not change their volume or behavior.

They over booked and refused me a room. Now I'm fighting to get a refund
