When we checked in - they were very nice but told me they didn't have any 2 queen suite rooms available even though that is what I booked and paid for. They put us in a 2 queen room and said that was all they had left and it was the same price. I am sure it was not - but settled for what they had left. Property was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Hi Gary! I apologize you were not given the room you requested. Unfortunately we had a glitch in our system and the in house wasn't communicating with the out house so we got overbooked in that room type. I will look into your reservation and check on the pricing but since it was through a 3rd party they may have to adjust. If you would like to call the hotel directly and ask for the manager I would be happy to look into this further!

Too many things not working or broken. The pool was nice but the floor was dirty and the exit door was left slightly open. Not safe. We closed it. The staff was courteous and friendly. My son's bathroom door did not close and maintenance never showed up to fix it. Breakfast was good. Although they ran out of some things early. The lobby was nice and comfortable. One of the exit doors didn't open with key card. Our room was nice but the window was very drafty. Not our favorite hotel but not our least favorite either.
