The breakfasts were not veriy good. One morning coffee was cold and not much to choose from to eat

This is not a typical norm for us and I will certainly look into what may have happened so that we can avoid that in the future. My room was in absolute pristine condition. Wonderful, comfortable room with great amenities. And as a woman traveling alone, I felt completely safe there as well.

The free breakfast was paltry, poorly stocked—no fresh fruit save for some anemic-looking red apples. Moreover, the cupboards where utensils and coffee cups, etc. were dirty, particles of food everywhere—this Hilton is the worst one I have ever stayed-in. Indeed, I wouldn’t let my dog stay there. What’s wrong with you people—this is a fairly new hotel too—it should be a gleaming gem. Very disappointed

We do hope that you will give us another chance when in our area. We did want to point out that your stay was at the Hilton Garden Inn side and not the home2. The complimentary breakfast is for Home2 guest only. That does not negate the fact that we take our guest feedback seriously and to reiterate we did take care of your concerns. Thank you
