Housekeeping did not refresh room until the second day did not leave enough towels and wash clothes shower was empty and not refilled we were told that housekeeping was not working the first day we were there. Breakfast was excellent other than housekeeping it was great.

I reserved a room over a month in advance. The room that I reserved, was to have a ballpark view. I chose that option on purpose due to it being a home game night at the ballpark. When I arrived and they assigned our room, it absolutely did not have a ballpark view. In fact it was a view of the dumpsters and the kitchen staff next door on a smoke break.
This was a surprise weekend for my wife and she had no idea that I made the reservations. I was beyond irritated and she knew it so she went down to the front desk to let them know what happened. She was returned a free parking voucher. The parking for a one night stay was $8. I made contact with the hotel manager, who told me that it was their mistake and they overbooked our room and it was too late to move me into the proper room. He did offer to comp me half price however since I booked it through Expedia, I spent over an hour on a chat because you can’t talk to a real person trying to figure out if Expedia would refund my money. They tell me they would, but I have not seen it yet.

Perfect for dare night and ball game. No pool for the littles but beautiful rooftop bar for adults.

Hampton Inn has always been my go to hotel, but the last few i have stayed in have been less than satisfying. This one, however has restored my faith in the brand. It was clean, so quiet, up to date and comfortable. It was close to restaurants and a one minute walk from my concert. Will definitely be back!
