The whole facility needs windows cleaned, common area walls need painting, etc. The topper was that the shower in the room above had a major leak when they took a shower, which came through the ceiling into our shower. It has obviously been doing so for some time, as there was what appears to be mold.

Not very clean. Seems to be a common thing for comfort inn hotels.

Really needs an update, our room was musty and bathroom smelled like smoke. Just dated all around. The kids liked the pool. Waffle maker was disfunctional and dangerous. Not a great breakfast selection.

Dried blood on our sheets, blow dryer was broken (sister didn’t even have one in her room for me to borrow), one person working front desk and trying to run breakfast, just all around a dirty place. Heard a lot of complaints from other guests as well. Will never stay here or recommend this place again. Corporate should be ashamed.

We did encounter challenges with a group not adhering to our policies, which impacted the overall service experience. Our front desk operates 24/7 and is always available to address any issues or concerns. If you had brought these matters to our attention during your stay, we would have worked to resolve them promptly. Our Front Desk will never say no to an issue, and they will let upper management know if they can't resolve the issue to resolve it as soon as possible.

I would not recommend this hotel. My sink was stopped up for an entire week. No one could find a plumber in a weeks time to get a clog out. Breakfast was sub-par. One day no forks, never hot water for tea, cold egg disks, reheated cold hard sausages and spoiled orange juice. I told the front desk 3 days that the orange juice was spoiled, and they didn’t change it. Shampoo dispenser in my room was out, obvious to anyone, and they didn’t change it. They just handed me a bottle and expected me to do it. The landscape people were putting in new mulch and hit the front of my car with wet mulch and left a scratch. Front desk wouldn’t do anything about it. Garbage was over flowing in the rubbish bin right outside the front door. There are many more hotels to choose from very close. Find another one!

Your feedback on breakfast will be taken into consideration, and we will ensure improvements are made. Our staff is trained in food and beverage handling, and serving spoiled items is against our policy. Notably, you were the only guest to report issues with the juice machine. Housekeeping was not overlooked; our policy is not to enter rooms without the guest present or without a special request, and we received no such request from you. For the incident with your car, we remind our guests that parking is at their own risk. While we have security cameras, we are not liable for incidents in the parking area. The outside trash is cleaned daily and, if necessary, twice a day. Additional trash bins are available in the lobby at the breakfast section. It is possible you encountered the bins during peak usage times. We are committed to improving our services and appreciate your feedback.

Warm welcome at reception. Clean, comfortable room. Good night of sleep. FULL breakfast with options for everyone; CLEAN and inviting breakfast room; foods refilled frequently; pleasant staff checked on each guest. Checkout was easy with pleasant staff. Will stay here again!
