This Best Western is very outdated. The beds are uncomfortable, curtains dirty, water pressure low and the hot water wasn’t really that hot. The shower also made a screeching sound when you turned the water all the way on hot. I had 2 rooms and 1 of them had a cigarette smell so strong! It was disgusting. I will say the front desk staff was nice. If youre looking for just a quick stay this BW will do, just don’t expect very much comfort

I was charged 458 when I got there and an additional 350 when we checked out. I was told the 458 would “fall off” so ultimately I was charged $800 on my card for a 2 night stay! We were a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 kids we stayed 2 nights. Our room had two AC units in which one did not work. When we used the hotel phone to call down and notify them the phone did not work. We had to use our cell phones to call the front desk. The washers and dryers were unavailable to use. Every hotel I have stayed had a hair blow dryer this one did not. Upon check out the pool went down and was unable to be used.

I am looking into your reservation. I have already applied a credit to your cost. I am sorry that you had so many issues, it is very important to me that we make it right with our guest. Luckily, we are about to go through a complete renovation which will help with some of the issues you had in your room.

Our room smelled like dirty wet dog! It was so gross!! The carpet was dirty. Well what carpet was left that wasn't ripped up yet from people bringing in pets. Definitely will not recommend my family or friends to stay here!

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and my 12 year old child let me know we wouldnt be staying again. The crusty puke leftovers on the elevator that had been there for the entire 3 days, the flooded pool area with broken chairs, oh and the over abunance of weed smell walking to the lobby at 6am was a bit much. The 3 times of having to clarify with the front desk because i couldnt get a straight answer each time was also not not worth what I paid. Shower was gross.
