I’m VERY PICKY and I had read the reviews and I must say these bad reviews were faulty especially about the cleanliness and smell. This hotel is recently updated it gives a boutique style hotel vibe. Our room wa beyond my expectations especially for the price. only thing I would recommend is standard or queen size pillows. I stayed for one night because my son had a tournament would definitely stay again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our room was immaculate, and although the hotel is next to the freeway the noise is blocked by other nearby buildings. The staff were excellent and their customer service exceeded our expectations! Traffic can be a challenge but is avoidable by looping around the backside of the mall. We would definitely stay here again!

Terrible experience. There was bed bugs in the room! I have pictures. I will be calling Expedia for my money back. The hotel wouldn’t refund my money nor will best western corporate. I had to then do my laundry @ 1 am before my flight home, the hotel staff showed no concern. I paid 130$ to get bed bugs. My father also then paid 171$ for the same room!!!! Very inconvenient. 400$ for bed bugs!!! That morning there was also a bug in my ear to where I had to go to the hospital. I will be seeking compensation for my time, money and overall health in this situation.
