This hotel was OK but depends what you are used to. It was clearly bought and flipped. Still doing a bunch of work. Our oceanside patio had been caulked in the day we arrived so we stepped in wet caulk everywhere and had to clean off our shoes. Our view included a very tattered awning. The rooms are ok and were clean. So clean we had to air out the bleach smell. They clearly just painted over all the old trim and doors which really looked like they needed to be replaced. The walls are so thin we were kept up by the neighbors late night partying. Our flooe reaked of pot. We told the front desk and they said they were on it but it continued.
The food was good if you ordered from the menu. The breakfast buffet was not good. The location is great. Can't beat being right on the beach. If you are ok with the unheated main pool and not so great accommodations, the price is good for location. But, you get what you pay for. We probably won't be back.

The bathrrom is small. But the staff is very friendly.

A new annual tradition is born! This place blew us away. It was recommended by a family friend, and we could not have imagined a better experience. We walked everywhere- the beach was beautiful- bar- food- activities- family fun around the clock. Every.single.staff member was kind, helpful, smiling - You can tell they love working here. The room was soooooo cold- which is a must! They cleaned it beautifully (even mopped the sandy floors….heaven) - We cannot wait to come back next year. We will be staying longer! Best vacay ever.

We had a great vacation at the resort. The property is so nice with a great beach and pools. Good at the restaurants was good too, though a tad pricey. Biggest con were the rooms. They are very old and the recent update wasn’t a full update. Old windows, rooms were very small, AC was a window unit.

Trash in cans running over out into floor on every floor. carpet coming in dirty. walls paper thin you can hear everything. room it self was nice but couldn't sleep! People in halls coming in and out you could hear everything. people knocking on doors asking question . not safe.

Conveniently located to many attractions. We enjoyed all the entertainment provided nightly, Loved the pools and walking distance to the beach. I’ll definitely be back next year.

Property was as pictured on their website. Rooms were updated and as pictured. Staff were all very nice, helpful and accommodating. Entertainment every night, but does come with an entertainment fee of $29/night whether you wanted it or not. We were able to watch the fireworks from our golf view balcony with quiet hours after 10:pm. Some areas of the resort do not have gulf views but are less expensive.
