New Owner was onsite and handled the check-in. Seems to be putting a lot of effort into continually renovating the business. I was passing through to Alaska in January, and this was an easy place to get some quick sleep. I plan to drive through again in February or March, and plan to stay here again.

Some good points and some not so good
Posted 4 Sep 2022 on HotelsThis was a place of contrasts. The rooms, separate bedroom and living quarters, were large, with vinyl plank flooring, which I love. There was a full-size fridge and a microwave. On the down side, there was a stove, but the oven didn't work. The only window in the living area was really dirty. The owners(?) sat outside for several hours and I kept wondering why they weren't washing windows!! There wasn't a hair dryer, ice machine or hot water. I ran the water for a bit, but decided not to have a shower because the water didn't get hot and I didn't want to waste any more than I already had. When we went to bed, it was so noisy in one of the rooms beside us. It sounded like there was remodelling going on and it kept on for the longest time.
On the whole, the price was great but I'd certainly be willing to pay more for hot water and a hair dryer.

No TV or internet for ALL rooms
Posted 2 Aug 2021 on HotelsNo TV and no internet. They gave me an internet password which was for a free 7-day trial. The property was a mess. I have never stayed anywhere that was so unkept. No TV or internet? Charge a little more to make ones stay more comfortable. The owners,however, were very nice. The air conditioner in the room was a huge bonus as well since I’m finding most on the Yukon don’t have them.

The staff were incredibly nice. I showed up near midnight after a 15 hr drive. The woman was very accommodating and gave me water as I waited to be checked in. So nice

Fix it up!
