This was supposed to be a 4 star hotel. It was old and subpar at best. Broken toilet, bad smell, cleaning crew halfway cleaned the room………..

New facility with work being currently (May 2024) to upgrade the place. Nicely located near a mall and movie theater. Very clean. Fun outside pool that was a little different.

The People That checking in, and out really not all that nice. BUT THE PEOPLE IN THE RESTAURANT WELL, ALL SUPER NICE WENT TO ABOVE AND BEYOND

The employees at the front desk, particularly Emma and Christina were exceptional. Their level of attentiveness was truly appreciated.

the front desk completely messed up my reservation. I was checked in to another person’s reservation that was canceled. My own reservation that i had made was put as a “no show” and I got put into the wrong room. They ended up locking my room because that reservation that we were checked in was for one night only and we were staying for two nights. I had to pay for another night and I was charged for the no show reservation and the wrong reservation. After my check out the lady helped me and voided the charges.
