The staff was ok the hotel was really clean breakfast could be way better everyone doesn’t eat pork products that’s definitely a conversation needs to be held

Loved the king suit and it had everything you need dishes bowls pots pans forks knives spoons glasses coffee maker toaster cook top microwave and fridge walk in shower. Love this place.

The room had a smell of cleaning solution. Had to turn off the a/c unit because the fan made a loud noise. The shower sprayed water over the floor. Not what I expected!!!

The rooms were very clean and updated. Staffing was great and hospitable. The complimentary breakfast was also good, multiple options to choose from. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean and staff friendly, but as you can expect pillows were filled with air. We had such a great time stuffing the pillows with the extra towels we were able to get. Unfortunately there werent any extra pillows to go around. The best part was having to hear very loud music from a bar right next to the hotel until about 2am. We called the front desk they already knew what the problem was, and was familiar because it was an ongoing problem. They said they would call the sheriff but after 30 minutes we decided to call ourselves. Local law enforcement showed up and was able to get the bar to quiet down for 10 minutes before they went back to max sound. The walls are also very thin so if you have active neighbors then you will get an opportunity to enjoy the ound they make. If you have a long trip ahead of you the next day after a long day at Carowinds and want your much needed sleep interrupted or impossible to obtain due to terrible pillows and loud noises then this hotel is the best place you'll find!

Thank you for taking the time to provide a review and feedback. I would like to sincerely apologize that this was the experience you had. Unfortunately, our area is not considered residential and the city's sound ordinance allows excessive music until 2am. When we receive complaints, we do call the local Sheriff's office; unfortunately, like us, their hands are tied because the bar is not breaking the sound ordinance. We hate when this impacts our guests and staff, but have yet to be able to find a resolution with the city or the bar at this time. We do hope you'll give us another chance in the future to provide an exceptional experience.
