Right accross from the beach. Clean room with fresh linens and beach towels. The bathroom could use a humidity vent. Kitchen with all the essentials. Check in and check out was easy. Just what we needed for our one night stay.

Unsafe and lack of privacy I reached out to customer service no one was available to assist. After I recorded everything i immediately left the premises with my wife. I will not recommend anyone there.

The property and cleaning staff was excellent but our entire stay was soured by our desire to check in early and because we didn’t want to pay a $50 early check in fee when we knew at least three rooms were clean and ready and we had to wait three hours to check in and the management knew we were waiting and would not even come to the property to check us in. They basically said we will message you when we are coming to check you in. Also often there was no staff on sight so not a customer service oriented hotel.

Sand and Surf, you need a nice sign on your building! My Uber driver couldn't even find it at first. Also, REALLY important, there isn't a single dresser of drawers in the room! We had to basically live out of our suitcases -- except for the things we could hang. And it looked so sparse without a bureau of any kind - so strange - just a long bare wall under the TV. It was clean and a quick walk to the beach across the street. AND a short enough walk to the Pier for restaurants and a couple shops. The pool is small but clean. Website shows about 6 lovely turquoise loungers - there are only 4 gray ones. And no umbrella -- it could be prettier out there. My adult daughter and I really enjoyed Pompano! We would consider coming back to Sand and Surf too -- but please put a dresser of drawers in the rooms! That would be awesome. ;-)

Great service. Room was ok and facilities were ok but in a great location and service was great. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of.
