I do agree that the rooms are small and the lighting leaves a very gloomy feel. The breakfast was too limited. There was no protein option.The front desk can be more friendly and helpful. I had to ask about breakfast, transport, receiving packages protocols etc. I met some helpful workers like Rashida, Elizabeth, Marcelo and Bridgette. While i am thankful for the area shopping and walking convenience, the way you make someone feel is so very important.

As indicated, staff well trained and professional, easy check in and out. The price was good. location, location, location. Dining and amenites within walking distance. Close to the airport The cleanliness had room for improvement. just not thorough. Mirrors , floors were not cleaned for new guests. So unfortuate because otherwise a good stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed was really comfy. It was nice and quiet, the pool was a nice place to relax. There is a convenient airport shuttle. Our only complaint is that the bathroom door didn't close, it was too big for the opening and the a/c was a bit noisy. I would stay again!

From the time I checked in with the awesome desk manager, Elizabeth till I left the hotel room, all the staff and especially the front desk has been awesome. Elizabeth welcome us in and explain everything and all the amenities that the hotel offered. Also local restaurants that, aren’t the “tourist” restaurants to do normally see we will definitely use Expedia and this hotel again. Thank you.
