We stayed at this property 3rd time, it is great value, very convenient location (walking distance to supermarket and restaurants, one block to the beach). Pool was not as clean as I would like. Also I had a problem with WiFi connection, it did not require a password, and I was getting a warning that network was open and not secured. Despite assurance from the management, I did not feel comfortable using it for work or banking.

No info on towels
No t paper in pool bathroom ever, had to bring our own
No luggage stool
Told to buy our own toilet paper
Was booked a kitchen area and not given the right room.
One person at office said no way to switch room no refund or compensation
Expedia did nothing!
