From the valet to Lam at the front desk all the way to Alberto at the restaurant, everyone provided an amazing service ! Looking forward on returning before the summer is over

This was a great resort. It was cozy and scenic for our family. Enjoyed the pool, lazy river and private beach. The staff were great and very helpful with a mix-up once we arrived. They were understanding and accommodating with our family needs. I will definitely stay again!

The hotel is due some tlc and attention from a looks point of view. It’s starting to look a little tired. Our room was a great size. The staff were amazing especially around the pool. The pool area was great, too.

Nice hotel, however, disappointed at the high parking fees for valet parking in the garage and no other options around for parking

I tried to make an adjustment 5 mins after I made a reservation because we picked the wrong date on the website, but they took our money and didn't even help us make the adjustments to a future date. The service is horrible and they keep pushing us around with no help. I will not recommend this place to anyone. If you are looking for a relaxing place, this is not the place. I did leave a voicemail for the general manager TJ Pierri and have screenshots from my conversion with Expedia that they said the hotel is the one that makes the decision on this since it was a Paylater booking.
