The hotel staff were amazing. I had a huge problem with reservations department. I was coming on a red eye flight so I booked an extra night so that I could have the room ready at 7 am upon my arrival, I asked them to note that, they said they placed the note. Upon my arrival the front desk canceled my reservation and put me as no show no call. I explained the situation and they said no notes available, however they went the extra mile and gave me the room. They need to work on their communication.

Amazing and friendly front desk. The rooms need updating and needs a little T.L.C. and the permit in the elevator was outdated.

The front desk lady Ms. Lovely was very nasty and rude. I would never stay in this over priced and nasty property again. The cleaning is very much subpar

The property was conveniently located well lighted and parking Compare to the othe la Quinta I stay at this one I rather more just minor hiccups outlets in room only 2 work but I definitely would stay there again

Hot water for a shower was not available in the AM. We saw a roach in our room.
