Coffee maker in our room didn’t work. Toilet handle defective…you had to hold it down. Kenny in the restaurant did very well on his first day as a server. Front desk personnel very friendly and helpful.

No where on website does it say they charge for parking and they do $7 a night for a surface lot no perks with this place

Dear KELLY, I am sorry that you were disappointed with the parking. In Fort Lauderdale Area, as in most large cities, parking is valued at a premium, and fees are required for the upkeep of the parking areas. Charges are typically kept separate from the room fees, as only some people who stay at the hotel have a car. We appreciate your review and hope to host you again in the future. The personnel was helpful, the transportation to the airport (convenient), the restaurants in the area perfect.
