The place was filthy. The water was brown and rusty looking when we did have it. We did not have water towards the end of our stay and had to relocate to another hotel because of this.

Drug deals going on all around. Dangerous. Our room wss broken into at midnight, the desdbolt didn’t work. Super dirty. Had to jump out of bed and kick door closed screaming. Front desk didn’t answer phone. Was in process of calling 911 when somebody knocked on door and said a wrong key had been issued. Was a scary and horrible experience. This facility should be IMMEDIATELY removed from Expedia.

I’ve been staying at this property for years and have seen Peter and staff make improvements Year after years. Things are looking allot better. This room we last stayed in was excellent in every way. Looking forward to halls interior and exterior painted and looking good. Nice elevators improvements Good job Peter Duane. Upstate n y

Not recommended, the price very high for the condition. It's not a place to go with family or children. In addition, the images they show are not like the place really is.

The fees are ridiculous. I dont know what your paying for. Homeless people sleeping at the pool, walking around all you smell is "stuff" burning... many different ones.... families living there, woke up with my car alarm going off and decided i had enough and left. I would never suggest this place.

Dear Guest, this hotel upon check in only has these fees: 1) Hotel service fee 31.64 per night, 2) Hotel parking fee 5.65, per night and 3) The 100.00 refundable security deposit in case of any damage to the room or the linen. The deposit is refundable. We also have an early check-in fee of 20.00 if you arrive earlier than 4 PM to check in, which is the regular check-in time. If you want a late check out, we offer a free late check out 11:30 AM, a 1 PM late check out fee for 20.00 and a 2 PM late check out fee for 40.00. These are all the fees of the hotel. However, we apologize that you had such an unpleasant experience at our property. We hope you can give us a second chance to provide you with the hospitality service that you deserve. We take very seriously all the reviews from our guests that have stayed to improve the quality of the hospitality service and reinforce in those areas we are applying well to the services of the hotel.

We booked this property through Expedia, arrived at the destination around 11:30 pm and staff refused to honor our reservation even though it was paid for, they made all kind of excuses saying the reservation was in someone elses name, when we showed them the confirmation and the email. This property had night walkers, pimps, people having relations in parking lot. We called Expedia, Expedia called them and they still would not honor the reservation. Said we had to wait to speak to a member of management on Monday and remind you ITS FRIDAY ... After seeing what was going on at this hotel and the poor staff interaction we asked Expedia to cancel and we booked with a hotel who cared about our well being at this time of night knowing we did not live in the area. I would suggest anyone with decency to avoid this hotel

Property is very dirty. The rooms can use a great cleaning and remodeling as well. Had a suite for 1 night the room 436 was terrible!!! Holes in ceiling, kitchen cabinets paper hanging off, table wobbling unable to sit at it, ottoman filthy with stains, bathroom filthy. Went and got the manager and brung him up to the room. He refunded me my deposit and the service charge of thirty something dollars. Change room to 136. Better condition but still could use a great cleaning.
